Roast Chicken Seasoning
This little blend was designed to suit any roast. The key is it smells and tastes just like a traditional Sunday Roast. So if your spuds or bird are lacking in flavour try a bit of this blend rubbed and mixed well into your potatoes or your meat. Adding it to Mashed turnip or even sticking some in home made gravy will give you and absolutely stunning Sunday Roast.
A teaspoon full of this seasoning is more than enough to rub on a whole chicken. Apply with a little oil and roast in your usual way.
