Harvested at night to preserve its freshness, this Sauvignon undergoes meticulous vinification and six months of bâtonnage on lees. Its pale gold color with green highlights is accompanied by a vibrant bouquet of broom, citrus, and exotic fruits. On the palate, it seduces with its liveliness and elegance.
